I just wanted to sent you a note to tell you how unbelievably thankful we are for the facilities and services you provided us during our stay at Villa Sol y Luna (Jan 17 - 24). Our wedding day and week was truly magical and I don’t think we could have asked for anything more.

Although I’m sure you hear this frequently, the on site staff (Pedro, Loida, y Alba) were unbelievable and great! I know that everyone had fun drinking Pedro’s coconuts and learning Mayan from him. We really enjoyed the bonfire as well. Well, we just enjoyed everything. I am also thankful that they were able to enjoy some of the wedding festivities for all the hard work that they put in! There will never be enough words to express what great people they are!
( I hope they liked our tip swan!!!!!)

I’m sure that we will keep your property in mind for future vacations….there’s just so much to love!

Once again, our vacation at your incredible villa was spectacular and the entire group (of 20) was amazed at the beautiful and tranquil setting as well as your staff who took care of our every need.  Norberto was so attentive to us and made sure that everything was taken care of and that we were always happy;  he was incredible and please pass along to him how much we appreciate all of his hard work.  Same goes for Jose and Ismael and Pedro and the cleaning ladies — they had such a wonderful and friendly attitude and took VERY good care of us each and every day.   Everyone loved the food and joked how they are leaving the vacation 10 pounds heavier from eating so well!!

We are so glad that we made this trip happen and didn’t have this silly flu thing scare us away from being in paradise.  We always felt very comfortable and safe at your villa as well as when we traveled around the area and I hope and pray that others from the U.S. and around world will begin to realize soon that it’s safe to travel there.

We will take with us once-in-a-lifetime memories and will thinking and dreaming about our next vacation there.

Your home is exceptional, the staff is wonderful and all of our expectations were exceeded! The location was much better in reality than we realized when we booked it. The grounds are breathtaking and the rooms inside are
very spacious and clean.

With your wonderful cooks, cleaning people, security, the nannies and Norberto no one ever “had” to do anything. The photographer we used for our family photo did a great job as well. The task of capturing 7 children and 8 adults smiling and looking at the camera at once is no easy task! When we wanted an activity our choices of activities nearby were tremendous! Our every wish was met with a smile. We had a fantastic time and can whole heartedly recommend your fabulous villa to anyone looking for a family vacation rental.

As part of our continuos effort to improve our  level of service the roof top terrace will offer  an intimate atmosphere   with  the addition of  lounge furniture  that  can be assembled into a king size bed ,  white curtains , decorative pots with plants and floor candles.

Our ground floor playroom boost an indoor pool table and a 40 inches  plasma TV  with  250 channels . The entire villa has been repainted and new furniture added.

Luis, Cecilia, and Pedro took such good care of us. they were so nice, and fun to be around. the meal lenny prepared was delicious, and him and his staff were very kind and helpfull. this was a once in a lifetime experience and it was incredible.
